Memorial Donations
Donations honor individuals by providing books or other library materials for the use of the Whitehall community. You may honor both living and deceased individuals. Celebrate a significant anniversary, birthday or just to honor someone who is special to you.
We will put a bookplate inside any materials that you donate. This bookplate tells everyone that uses the material you donated it to honor your special person. In addition, we list the materials donated in our library catalog under the person's name. You can search our catalog by the person's name to see the donated material.
To make a donation, download and complete the PDF form and return with your check to make a donation.
Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Whitehall Township Public Library is an organization established to help the library with fundraising and other projects. We meet once a month at the library to plan bus trips and participate in community activities such as Community Day and the Whitehall Fall Festival.
We sponsor the library's ongoing book sale with proceeds supporting the library.
Our Friends group needs your help - we need people to be active in our organization as officers, to help with projects or just to share ideas. Please consider sharing your time for a worthy cause. You will be eagerly welcomed!
Donations from the Friends group also fund library services. All contributions are fully tax deductible.
The Friends meet at 2:30 PM on the second Wednesday of each month at the library.

Enjoy the City Books
The Friends of the Library sell "Enjoy the City" discount savings books.
Each book provides coupons valued at $4200 at 150 local merchants in the Valley.
2013 are currently sold out. We expect the 2014 books sometime around August. More to come.
Book Bags
The Friends of the Library sell durable polyester / nylon tote bags for $7.00 available in red, green, and blue.
Library Book Sale
The Friends of the Whitehall Township Public Library have an ongoing library book sale. Proceeds from the sale are used toward library projects.

Adult hardbacks: $1.00
Adult paperbacks: 25 cents
Children's books: 25 cents
Magazines (as available): 10 cents or $1.00/year
